Studies in Grace

This blog is dedicated to family members whose impact has been recognized well beyond the immediate family.

My wish for this blog is that it will bridge our distances and help us celebrate our rich heritage and many blessings!

Featured ancestors, now deceased, include Charles James Harrison, published poet; Edith Harrison South, industrialist; Betty Ann Schwab (née Armacost), published writer and our family historian before her passing on her birthday December 13, 2011.

As a published author of the anecdotal variety, Betty describes her life growing up in rural Ohio, in a little town called Felicity. And introduces some of our ancestors who were beacons in their communities and impressive with their achievements, despite oftentimes monumental challenges.
